Is It OK to Install Elliott Update If I Skipped the Previous Version?

Q - I received the email about the update availability for V8.64.c18.  I did not install the previous update V8.64.a23 version.  Is it OK for me to skip that version and install the latest V8.64.c18?

A - Yes, it is OK if you skip the previous version. Installing this one will still bring you up to the latest. Generally speaking, when you install a major version update, there will be more issues to pay attention to and you should read the release note(s) of that version. For example, if you upgrade from 8.2 to 8.5, or from 8.5 to 8.6. Please read the release note of 8.5 or 8.6 before proceeding.  Minor version updates that are within the same major version should not matter.
