Feature - Mass Close Order by Item to Skip Non-Backorder Line Items

The Mass Close Order by Item routine can optionally be run through Global Setup -> Dist -> I/M Global Control, Screen 2:
    8. Close COP Line Item When Item Become Obsolete
You can also run the utility from COP -> Processing -> Consolidate/Close Cust Orders -> Close-Order -> Close by Item.

In the past, this utility would close ordered line items even if the line items were not on backorder.

In this enhancement, we are adding a new flag in Global Setup -> Dist -> I/M Global Control, Screen 4:
   12. Mass Close By Item for Line Item Qty to Ship > 0
The default value is "Y" to be backward compatible. See sample screen below:


If you set this flag to "N," then when the mass close order line item utility is run, only those line items that are fully backordered will be closed.
