Only Automatically Create for Specific Locations When Adding Item

This is a feature Netcellent added in November 2015.  In Global Setup -> Dist -> I/M Global Control, screen 1, there's a flag:
      8. Auto Create Inv Loc When Add/Rec/Trnsf Item?
If this flag is set to "Y," then an item is added, we automatically create all inventory location controls for all locations.  Some users would like to have more finite control and only want to do this for certain locations.  Therefore, in November 2015, we added a popup window when the above flag is set to "Y" to prompt the user for the following:
      Only automatically create for
      specific locations when adding item?

      Locations:

If user answer "Y" to the flag "Only automatically create for specific locations when adding item?" the user can enter up to 20 locations.
