Invoice Printing Through Defer Processing Stuck When An Order Is Locked

Q - I printing invoice through defer processing.  The invoice printing task is sometime stuck. I went to the defer processing tasks and right click on the stuck process, I see the following message:
    Order XXXXXX XXXXXXXX....XXXXXXX is locked

Since I print invoice during the day while other users may be in the order entry that lock an order. How can I avoid my defer processing invoice printing task from getting stuck?

A - Please go to the following Global Setup -> Cop-Func -> Invoice Printing, second page, “21. Display Locked Order Msg During Inv Printing?” and answer “N”. This issue will be resolved.
