How To Change The Note Type In Starship Cloud

The legacy version of Starship has become expensive to maintain since UPS and Fed Ex have changed their API. V-Technologies is positioning the Starship Cloud solution as the more preferred solution. Although the functionality is mostly consistent with the legacy version, the Cloud interface is different. A specific question was raised on changing the Note Type for the tracking note in Elliott. This will step you through that change.
From the main screen, click the Setup tab near the top of the window.
Next, click Interfaces from the secondary row of tabs (red rectangle). Then click the edit button for the Orders interface (red circle).
The following screen will appear. Click the Settings tab.
The next screen will provide a place to enter the Note Type.
Any note added by Starship will be under the Note Type entered. This is not required and you can leave it blank.
