Feature - Pick Order Processing Set Status To Partial Option

Feature - Pick Order Processing Set Status To Partial Option

Release Date: 3/8/24
Version: 8.5 and Above

If a user is still processing a staging batch when they sign out of the terminal server, the batch will be "In StgV" because they did not restart or set the batch to a partial status before signing out. If Staging Verification is set to Auto Assign mode, these batches will be skipped due to the "In StgV" status. This feature allows the warehouse manager to set the status from "In StgV" to "Partial" so that it will be the next batch processed by the user to which the batch is assigned.

The option is available from Customer Order Processing-> Processing-> Print Pick/Pack Ticket & Lbls-> Shipping-> Pick Order Processing. Select the appropriate warehouse and press the F2 key for the summary screen. Select the staging batch that you wish to change the status for and press the F4 key.

This option will reset the status of the batch to "Partial" as long as the staging batch is not currently locked by another user.
