Feature - Erase/Restart Staging Batch from Pick Order Processing

Feature - Erase/Restart Staging Batch from Pick Order Processing

Release Date: 2/16/24
Version: 8.5 and Above

This feature allows a warehouse manager the ability to erase/restart a staging batch with the status of staging verified or partial from Pick Order Processing.
The option is available from Customer Order Processing-> Processing-> Print Pick/Pack Ticket & Lbls-> Shipping-> Pick Order Processing. Select the appropriate warehouse and press the F2 key for the summary screen. Select the staging batch that you wish to erase/restart and press the F4 key.

This will remove all bin and serial number allocations and move the inventory from the equipment bin to the put away bin for the location if a default put away bin is defined in Warehouse Management Global Setup. If a default put away bin is not defined, the application will check the default return bin in Warehouse Management Global Setup. If the default return bin is not defined, the application will move the items to the default receiving bin defined for the warehouse location. The batch will be set back to an open status with no user or equipment assignment.
