Feature - Allow Over Allocation for Certain Locations and Users

A new option is available in Global Setup-> COP-Func-> Order Line Item Screen-> 12. Allow Qty-To-Ship > Excess Qty (OH-Alloc+BO) that allows over allocation to occur for specific locations for specific users.



If field 12 is set to N, a new popup window will allow the user to specify if over allocations are allowed for certain locations for certain users. 



This gives specific users the ability to enter orders for items before inventory is available at the warehouse. Over allocations can only be entered for the locations and the users specified. Other locations or other users will still be restricted from entering the orders.
