CSV support has been added to the Physical Count Posting Update Edit List and the Variance Report By Item/Warehouse.

Physical Count Posting Update Edit List


Enter "Y" in Export to CSV File?, enter CSV File Name & Path.



The following CSV columns are supported:

ItemNo - Item number
Desc - Item description
TagNo - Physical count tag number
Loc - Physical count tag location
BinNo - Multi-Bin only - Physical count tag bin number
UM - Item unit of measure
ProdCat - Item product category
MatType - Item material cost type
FrozenOH - Frozen quantity on hand (only applicable if post date is on or before the last freeze date)
CurrentOH - Item quantity on hand at tag location
OldQtyOH - If running multi-bin this is the bin quantity on hand. Otherwise it is the item quantity on hand at the tag location
CountedQty - Counted quantity
NewQtyOH - New quantity on hand for the item
VarQty - Variance quantity
VarCost - Variance cost
PostingComments - Comment about the posting status of the tag

Variance Report By Item/Warehouse

The following CSV columns are supported:  

TagNo - Physical count tag number 
ProdCat - Item Product Category
Loc - Physical count tag location
BinNo -  Physical count tag bin number
ItemNo -  Physical count tag item number
Desc - Item description
UnitCost - Item unit cost
UM - Item unit of measure
TagQty -  Physical count tag quantity counted
AccumQty - An accumulated count quantity provided if there is more than one tag for an item. If there is only one tag for an item, the accumulated quantity will equal the counted quantity.
TagCost -Item total cost based on the physical count tag quantity
InvBal -  Item quantity on hand at the tag location
InvCost - Item total cost based on the item's quantity on hand at the physical count tag location
VarQty - Quantity variance
VarCost - Cost variance
PostingComment - Comment about the posting status of the physical count tag
