Q - I
am running a Cash Receipt Import on the latest 8.6 version and received an
error on the check number. See sample screen below:
Could
you duplicate on your side with my attached CSV file (just change the customer and invoice)?
A - When I tried to save
your CSV file, it suggested the file encoding method was UTF-8. See below:

cannot accept the UTF-8 encoding method (support international characters). Can you save it as “CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)” format, which uses ASCII
characters, and try again?

are correct !!!
But
even when it is saved as csv received the same message. I created a
new file to solve this problem.
