Order Has Been Printed But Not Posted
Q: I am unable to print a purchase order and when I try to edit the order I get the message, "Order Has Been Printed But Not Posted." Why am I receiving this message?

A: Purchase orders are posted as they are printed, but the post can be disrupted by external events, like a power outage. The solution is to reprint the purchase order so the post can take place. The PO Print routine will skip purchase orders in this state, so a range must be used. In this example, we would use a range of 105943 to 105945 to get PO 105944 to print. Be sure field 7 is set to "Y" to print duplicates.
