LNA Packet Errors in Report Desk

LNA Packet Errors in Report Desk

Release Date: 1/10/2024

Elliott Version 8.6 and Up

Occasionally when using Report Desk, you will get an error message on the screen containing "Invalid LNA response packet" or a red box like the following in the report output:

This error is most common after the user cancels a report that is in progress.  It simply means that the message/response sequences to the SQL engine are out of step.

When you get an error like this, you simply need to rerun the report.  If you rerun the report a couple of times and the error continues, you must exit all the way out of the current Elliott task, start the task again, and run the report again.
