Is There a Function to Recalculate Item Accumulators If We Forgot to Reset?

Q - Is there a function to clear the item accumulators after the month has already started? We found the option to reset the AP Vendor accumulators later but did not see an option for item. We forgot to clear the item accumulators.

A - Yes, Elliott has similar AP/Vendor reset accumulators function at IM module (Item file).
  1. Proceed Clear PTD Accumulators to force system move period from 7 to 8. Yes, it is not accurate for PTD but it will move current period to 8 from 7.
  2. Please go to Global Setup -> Utilities -> IM Utilities -> Generate Statistic Info -> Reset Item PTD/YTD from Loc History. You will see screen as below.
  3. Set both PTD and YTD to Y then system will recalculate PTD and YTD and update to item related fields.
