In Sales Order Import, City, State and Zip Code Is Incorrect

Q - I use COP -> Utility -> Sales Order Import -> Import -> New Sales Order Import to import Sales Orders into Elliott.  But the Bill To and Ship To City, State and Zip is incorrect. Any idea why the addresses are importing incorrectly? They appear to be correct in the import file.  Below is how it looks like in Order Entry:


A - The address area in your import ASCII file is currently in free-form format like the following:


You should format it to fixed position format for city, state and zip as follows:



In the 30-digit address line, the three areas are as follows: the City is 15 digits long, followed by 2 spaces, then 2 digits for the state, then 1 digit space, then 10 digits for the zip code.
