How to Allow User to Edit Other User's Attribute

Q - In the following example, an attribute is created by user CMOORE.  User MELISSA has the right to modify.  How to I allow user VANESSA to also have the right to modify?



A - Please go to Password Setup -> Global Security -> User Global Security. Bring up user VANESSA with the corresponding company she is set up with. In screen 1, flag "3. Allow Change To Others' Attribute." Set the value to "Y." See sample screen below:



If you want to allow this user to delete the attribute as well, then answer "Y" to flag "4. Allow To Delete Others' Attributes."
