Feature - Stock Status Inquiry Store Location in Registry

The stock status inquiry program has various logic to determine location.  If the particular user already has a way to determine default location, this project will not override it.  If the default location is blank, the program will now use the registry default (last used value).

For example, if the last Location used is "A*":



The next time the Location field is entered, the default value will be "A,*" but only if none of the other methods to determine Location return a value not equal to spaces.
