Feature - Sort Items In Sales Order Import By Bin No/Pick Sequence

Although the picking ticket can be sorted by the Bin No/Pick Sequence, other documents do not have this feature.  One customer requested the items be imported by the sequence so all the documents will be consistent sorted by Bin Sequence.  We added a Global Setup flag to activate this feature in Global Setup, Add-ons, Sales Order Import, and field 31.


It is important to understand that the bin sequence is from field 19 in IMITMFIL (Item File) Maintenance. We don't support the following bin information:
  1. Bin information in the IMINVLOC (Inventory Location Control).  So the assumption of this feature is you have one primary location.  The sorting by bin is to sort by the primary location sequence.
  2. We do not support the multi-bin information if Multi-Bin is enabled.
