Feature - Sales Order Number in VICS BOL Additional Shipping Information Section

This feature allows the user to automatically copy the sales order number to the Bill of Lading Additional Shipping Information field when the Bill of Lading is created. This feature is enabled by setting Global Setup-> COP-Ctl-> VICS Bill of Lading field 27. Put Sales Order# on Special Instr. Line 1? to "A."

27. Put Sales Order# on Special Instr. Line 1? - Default is N. If set to Y, the sales order number will be automatically added to line 1 of the special instructions on the bill of lading if the bill of lading was created for one order. If set to A, the sales order number will be stored in the bill of lading for each purchase order when the bill of lading is created.

This information will print on the Bill of Lading in the Additional Shipping Information section.
