Feature - Order/Invoice Inquiry Box Serial Number Drill Down

Users running Shipping Verification have the ability to see the shipment data from the Order and Invoice History Inquiries by using the F3=Ship Data option. This feature gives the user the ability to drill down to a list of serial numbers in a box for an item by pressing the Enter key when the box/item is selected in the Shipment Information screen.



If the Shipping Verification Global Setup option 37. Collect Box Level Data is set to Y, pressing the Enter key when the box/item is selected will bring up the Box Detail screen.



If the Enter key is pressed on a serialized item and Elliott is configured to collect box level data, a pop-up window will give the user the option to choose to see either the serial numbers or the box detail information.
