Feature - Add User-Defined Code Table Support in IM User-Defined CSV Export

User-defined code table support has been added to the IM user-defined CSV export. The following new column types are now supported:
- UD: User Defined Code Description
- UE: User Defined Code ERG#
- UH: User Defined Code Hazardous Code
- UI: User Defined Code Include for Pickup
- UN: User Defined Code NMFC
- US: User Defined Code Class
You can now export the following fields found in the user-defined code table. CSV layout is created in
IM --> Reports --> Reorder Advice / User Defined CSV --> Maintenance --> User Defined CSV Layout. See the following sample screen:
