Feature - Add CPPICI2 (Pick Ticket for Item 2) Event When Printing Pick Tickets
Release Date: 04/30/2025
Version: 8.5 & Up
The purpose of adding the CPPICI2 - "Pick Ticket for Item 2" event is to supplement the CPPICIT event. Both events will be triggered when printing pick tickets. It is triggered line item by line item. You can subscribe it at the item level. In the CPPICI2 event, we add the variables for "Qty to Ship" and "Unit Weight" which do not exist in the CPPICIT event. See sample screen of all the supported variables in this event:
If you go to, say item file maintenance, you can subscribe to this CPPICI2 Event:
Below are the variables supported by this event. Note the "Qty to Ship" and "Unit Weight" are supported in this event compared to the CPPICIT Event:
The request to add this event was due to a user wanting to know if there's an item where its unit weight is zero in Elliott before shipping the order.
Modified Program: CP02P1, CP02P1.PL (recompile CPPICPRT)
