Feature - Add Customer Type to Pick Ticket Selection

Version 8.5 & Up

A new field has been added to the Print Picking Tickets screen, "17. Customer Type" to allow selection based on Customer Type.  Enter spaces for All.  Press F7 to search for customer type.
