Q - Can I get a list of voided copy invoices from Elliott? Can a voided invoice number be re-used?
A - Try COP -> Process -> Print Invoice -> Invoice
Log. If you see the status is āZā, then that invoice is posted to invoice
history already. If it is āSā, then it is possible that invoice is
voided. See sample screen below. But I would not recommend
you to re-use that invoice number and the procedure to re-use a voided invoice
number can be tricky and error prone. Also see the following KB article:
