User Not Able to Print Cost in BOMP Production History Report for Plus Work Order

Q - Our company president has been given all permissions that I can see in Elliott and I have compared his Global User Settings to mine side-by-side.   However, I just learned that he is not able to run a Production History Report that shows cost details.  On the below report options, fields 12, 16 and 17 are bypassed.  Those same fields in my user log in I am able to select yes or no so I can see the total labor costs vs total material costs.  What am I missing that would have his permissions limited to see this cost information?


A - This appears to be related to security settings to print cost on a report.  You need to turn on some settings from User Global Security (shown below). Main -> System Utilities -> Password Setup -> Global Security -> User Global Security. See sample screens below for related flags that need to be turned on.

You may print User Edit List from Password Setup (List -> Detail by User) to compare you and your president's security differences for the User Global Security section.
