Presales History View

The Presales History View application allows the user to view history Presales transactions. These are Presales transactions that are posted and received. The application will bring up a window similar to F8 search where it will prompt for the starting description of the vessel.



After that, it will display a list of vessels starting from that entered comment with additional information from PO and line item.



Ves-# - Vessel number
Vessel Desc - Vessel description
Post-Dt - Warehouse Receiving post date
Trx-No - Number of detail presales transactions for this vessel
1st PO - First PO number associated with this vessel
1st Item - First Item number associated with this vessel
Qty - Total quantity on the vessel

Enter - Press Enter to see the vessel information and the Presales history transactions associated with the vessel.  





PO# - Purchase order number
Item# - Item number
Desc - Item description
Box ID - Box ID provided by vendor
Qty - Quantity of item in the box

Enter - Press Enter to view the serial numbers for the transaction.
