Q- I send out 23,000 emails every night through the Mass Email utility program. I always get a message like "18 message(s) had errors. Do you want to view the error log file?" at the end of processing. See attached sample below:
If I click "Yes," then I see a log showing the following error message every 10 minutes:
Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: 4.4.1 Connection timed out

How should I resolve this time out problem?
