Instructions for Importing Laser Form Template

Q -Can you provide me with the instructions on how to import the COP RMA (Return Material Authorization) template to use as my starting point for building an RMA?

A - The following knowledge base article may be helpful: 

Look for the section "Import Laser Form Template in the New Company."  This is very much a similar procedure, except when it comes  time to choose the template file, you will choose CPRMAPRT.F01.  See sample screen below:


Pre-Designed Elliott Laser Forms

The following is a list of pre-designed templates in Elliott. You may use them as a basis and further modify them in order to suit your needs.  For example, you may not want to use Netcellent's company logo in the pre-designed template. If you don't see these templates during printing, you may import them from Elliott <root>\forms (V7) or <root>\bin\forms (V8) folders by using the same procedure as above:
