How To Set The PDF PostOffice Document Defaults In eContacts To Yes

Before PDF PostOffice, the Primary eContact was used as a default to email documents to the customer.  PDF PostOffice introduced the ability to select which documents would be sent for each eContact.


Since some customers relied on the Primary eContact to receive documents according to the Global Setup, we introduced a flag in PDF PostOffice to set the default to Yes.


When this flag is Yes, the Primary eContact defaults the documents to Yes.  The Primary can be defined in eContact Maintenance.


Since the first eContact defaults to the Primary, the document settings will default to Yes.  Additional eContacts will set the default to No.
