How to Run Elliott V8 with Traditional 7.5 Menu Interface

Many users after upgrading to Elliott V8 are not used to the Elliott Control Center interface.  In Elliott V8, we have a built-in function that allows you to run Elliott like the Elliott 7.5 menu (the legacy interface).  There are two ways to do this:

(1) Right Click Module Node of Elliott Control Center and choose "Run"

In the Elliott Control Center, you can right click on the module and choose "Run" in the popup menu. See sample screen below:

You will see the traditional Elliott menu for the module show up.

(2) Startup Elliott with EL800P.EXE for Traditional 7.5 Menu

You can choose to start up by using a different executable.  By default, you will start up Elliott with EL800.EXE, which will give you the Elliott Control Center for user interface.  But you can configure your Elliott V8 startup shortcut to use EL800P.EXE instead.  See sample screen below:

When you do so, Elliott will start up with traditional Elliott 7.5 menu user interface.
