How to Find All Open Sales Orders

Q - I am inquiring if there is a way in Elliot to find out all the open Sales Orders. We are trying to see if there are any orders that have not been closed yet and also have visible of all of the items that our Sales team has entered and are in WIP.

A - You may run Open Order Report by "Customer" then export to a CSV file and investigate from the spreadsheet (like Request Date before xx/xx/xx).
COP -> Report -> Order Status Report -> Open Order /All item
  1. 1. By Item, Cat, Customer or Ship-to ? = C (Customer)
  2. 17. Export to CSV = Y (it is recommended you export to a CSV file for the additional features it provides you)
  3. CSV File Name = Order.CSV (specify the full path, so the file does not go to your Elliott folder)

You can print this report to any destination.  If your purpose is to use the CSV file, just send this report to the screen when the Print Options window shows up.  Then, when this report is completed, the system will ask if you'd like to launch the CSV file. Answer "Yes."
