How to Allow User to See All Spooled Reports in One Module

Q - How do you configure Elliott so a user can see all spooled reports in one module?

A - First, you need to go to Global User Security Setup, at Screen 1, and give the user the right to “2. Access Other Users’ Spooled Reports.”  See sample screen below:

Then use NTFS security and give users the “Modify” right to the corresponding report module folders like:
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\GL
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\AP
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\AR
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\IM
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\CP
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\PO
                <ElliottRoot>\Reports\01\SY
                …etc.

For example, if you know that user Weina Hwei is in charge of Accounts Payable, then you would give the “Modify” right to the AP folder to Weina in the example below:
