Feature - Transfer Qty On Order Status Reports

The purpose of this feature is to print the Transfer Quantity on the Order Status Report when printed by Item or by Product Category and printing for one location and not all locations. To support this functionality, a new option has been added to Global Setup-> Dist-> COP Global Control.


  4. Print Transfer Qty on Order Status Report By Item Is Loc <> All?  - Default for the field is N.

If this option is set to Y, the Order Status Reports will print the Transfer Qty when the report is printed  by Item or by Product Category and printing for one location and not all locations.



The Transfer Quantity is calculated based on the transfer records in the I/M ATP file (IMATPFIL). The Order Status Report will accumulate all of the transfer records on file for the item at the location specified in the report parameters and print it on the report.
