Feature - Support Copying of COP Transfer Order

Version: 8.5 and Above

While Elliott has supported copying regular COP orders, Elliott did not allow users to copy a COP transfer order. This feature enables this functionality. The following standard restrictions are enforced when copying transfer orders or copying orders for a transfer customer. 

Transfer orders must be enabled.
The user must have rights to create a transfer order.
A transfer order cannot be copied as a Credit Memo.
The default transfer transit location must be set up in Global Setup.

The Customer Transfer To Location must exist.

We also enforce the following scenarios:

A transfer order cannot be copied to a non-transfer customer.

A non-transfer order cannot be copied to a transfer customer.
