Feature - Order Edit List with Order Totals Including Back-Ordered Amounts

Currently the individual order total and summary/grand totals pages are based on the quantity to ship for "O" and "I" type orders. This feature adds a new column to the order total area showing the Order Amount, the Cost, Margin and Margin Percentage (if the user is allowed to see cost information) based on the quantity ordered, which includes back-ordered quantities.



The Summary/Grand Total page also shows this same breakdown with the first column showing the Order Amount, Cost, and Margin based on the total quantity ordered including back-ordered quantities.
