Feature - Option to Use Order or Routing Notes in Plus Work Order Inquiry

Version: 8.2 and Up

The feature allows the user to choose which file notes are attached when the initial Plus Work Order Inquiry screen is displayed. This option is controlled through a new Global Setup option. Go to System Utilities-> Global Setup-> System-> Note Function-> Screen 2-> Field 26. Plus Work Order Inquiry Initial Note Option.



  26. Plus Work Order Inquiry Initial Note Option - The options are R=Work Order Routing Note W=Work Order Note. The default value is "R." Choosing this option will attach notes to the Production Order Routing file (BMORDRTG). If the "W" option is chosen, the note shown or added will be attached to Production Order file (BMORDFIL).
