Feature - Handling and Product Weight on VICS BOL Carrier Screen

These changes were made to the Carrier screen of the VICS Bill Of Lading in COP
under the Processing menu, Pick/Pack Tickets/Ship Labels, and Print.
The weight has been split to display product weight and handling weight.
Either can be changed. A change of the total will prompt the user to choose whether the change reflects the product or handling.
Once a value has been changed, the calculated weight will continue to display to the right of the entered weight.
Maintenance and print programs were changed to reflect the new weight field.
Programs Modified: CPBOLCMP, CPBOLINS, CPBOLMNT, CPBOLPRT
