Feature - Flag Held Order As Reviewed

This feature allows the user to mark an order on hold in the Release Held Order application as “reviewed.” This means the held order has been reviewed by the credit department and it was decided that the order not be released at the moment. Hence, the user will not want to see the same order again for a period -- say, today -- in this list. This allows the user to focus on those orders that have not yet been reviewed.


Two new function key options are available with this feature. 

F4=Revw/UnRevw - This will mark or unmark an order as reviewed. When an order is marked as reviewed, an "R" is displayed to the right of the order number field.

F5=Toggle - This will allow the user to choose the orders that are displayed. The F5 key will toggle between All Orders, Reviewed Orders, and Non-Reviewed Orders.  The Showing option at the top of the screen indicates which display mode has been chosen. The default mode is All Orders.

Users have the option of automatically clearing the reviewed flag via Global Setup -> Utilities -> Cop Utilities -> Utilities -> Release Held Order-> Option 9. Wipe Out Held Order Review. 



 9. Wipe Out Held Order Review - The default is N. If set to Y, the Order Held Review Flag will be reset.

Global Setup Change

A new option is available in Global Setup-> COP-Ctl-> Credit Check & Release-> 17. Mark Order As Reviewed When Released. 



17. Mark Order As Reviewed When Released - Default is N. If set to Y, the order will be marked as reviewed when it is released.
