Feature - Export BOMP Material WO Production Scheduled Report to CSV

A new feature has been added to allow Export of the  BOMP Material WO Production Scheduled Report data to a CSV file.  There are two new setup fields in Global Setup / Dist / BOMP global control / Screen 7 that affect this new feature.  First, field 3 allows control over which notes will be on the CSV, by note type entered.  Leaving this field blank will cause there to be no note information on the CSV file.  Second, field 4 allows setup of a password value that will be matched to an entered value when tabbing of field "19. Export to CSV" in the Production Schedule report screen.



When field "9. Work Order Type" is "M," field "19. Export to CSV?" is now available.


If "Y" is entered in field 19, and a password is set up in Global Setup, a Password ? window will appear.  If an incorrect password is entered, control will return to field 19.



If a correct password is entered, or a password has not been entered in Global Setup, the "Export Path and File Name" window will appear.




The CSV will have the following columns:
  • WO#
  • Loc
  • Item#
  • Desc
  • Desc2
  • Cat
  • Due
  • Start
  • UOM
  • QtyOrd
  • Complete
  • Balance
  • OrdSts
  • JobNo
  • Custom
  • Note1 thru Note10 (if Note Type is set up in Global Setup)
