Feature - Erase Order Header Job Number When Convert Quote to Order

The feature allows the user to choose whether or not job numbers specified on quote orders will be used when the quote is converted to a regular order. Users may not want to use this functionality if using the multi-bin enhancement and the option to use job number tracking with bin inventory is set to "Y."



If this field is set to "Y," inventory will be issued from the Shipping Bin for the specific job number that was assigned to the order. 

A new Global Setup flag has been added to control this: System Utilities-> Global Setup-> COP-Fun-> Change Quote to Order-> Field 3.  Erase Order Job Number When Convert Quote to Order.



  3.  Erase Order Job Number When Convert Quote to Order - The default value is "N." If set to "Y," the order job number will be erased when a quote is converted to an order.
