Feature - Display Usage of Item Customer Usage from Inventory Transactions

This feature adds the ability to view Item Customer Usage values as a percentage of total usage on the Stock Status Inquiry screen.

In Global Setup -> cop-Ctl -> Stock Status Inquiry, a new field has been added, "10. Display Usage of Customer from IMINVTRX".
Change to Y to enable this feature. 



When this feature has been added, the Cust/Ttl rows for Nxt Yr ATP, YTD Qty, YTD Qty + ATP, Last Yr Qty, and Yr Bf Lst Yr Qty
will display on  the screen, as in the red box below.  Column 1 shows the Customer amounts from the Inventory transaction file,
column 2 is the company total from Location History file, and column 3 represents customer percent of total.

If the total Location History column amounts do not match totals from the Inventory transaction file, a "!" will show on the screen
just to the right of the column 2 Location History totals .
