Feature - Disable Print Costed Bill of Material to Update Parent Cost

We are now introducing a Global Setup flag in Dist -> BOMP Global Control, screen 6: Flag "11. Disable Print Costed Bill of Material to Update Cost?" The default value is "N." 



If this flag is set to "Y," then in BOMP -> Processing -> Print Costed Bill of Material, the flag "15. Update Parent Cost In Inventory" will be disabled.



If the parent item includes costs other than the material -- such as labor, for example -- then it is not desirable to use this option to update the parent item cost. Instead, you should use Plus Work Order posting or Cost Master rollup to update. In that case, this option should be disabled to prevent potential user mistakes.
