Feature - Control Deletion of Box Shipment Records

Program changes have been made to control, at the Global  Setup level, the ability to Delete Box Shipment records.

In COP --> Processing --> Print Pick/Pack Ticket & Lbls --> Print --> Vics bill of lading, pressing the Delete key on any of the VICS bill of lading screens will result in the following or similar message, depending on the level of information being deleted.




If "Yes" is selected, the following message will appear at the bottom of the window:



There previously was no restriction on entering "Y" to this question. 

We have now added a Global Setup flag to Global Setup --> Cop-Ctl --> Vics bill of lading --> page 2, "29. Allow Deleting Box Shipment Records (Label)?":



The default for this field is "N" and would need to be set to "Y" for the "Delete Box Shipment Records (Labels)?" message to continue to appear.  This will prevent the accidental deletion of these records for companies that would never want those records to be deleted.
