Feature Change - Separate F6=Reference Designator & Note Window into Two Functions in BOMP Product Structure Maintenance

With Elliott V8.5 and prior versions, in BOMP Product Structure File Maintenance, users can use F6=Reference Designator & Note Window.  This function is broken in Elliott V8.6.  The reason it is broken is due to the support of document notes in Elliott V8.6, which conflicts with this feature.  See sample screen below of the previous user interface:

We now break up this F6 feature into two separate functions in product structure file maintenance:

1. F6 is still the regular Elliott Notes, including supporting document notes in Elliott 8.6.
   
2. The reference designator is accessed through field "10. Enter Reference," which has default value of "N."  If you go to this field and answer "Y," then it will bring up the "Reference Designator" window.  See sample screen below:
