Feature - Change Customer Data Option in Release Held Orders

Version: 8.2 and Up

This new feature will add the option to Change Customer data from the F3=Info Window option while in the Release Held Orders application.

To enable this new feature, enter "Y" in field 16 in Global Setup, Cop-Ctl, Credit Check & Release.


16. Allow Chg Cust Data Using Sales Desk Screen? - The default value is N. If set to Y, the Change Customer Data option will be available from the F3=Info Window from the Release Held Orders application.



Once the user presses the F3 key, the Change Customer Data option is available as the last item on the list of options.



Choosing this option will display the Customer Data screen with the fields defined in Global Setup, Cop-Ctl, Chg Cust Screen Layout.
