Feature - Buyer's Desk On Order Value

When generating the Buyer's Desk work file, the
overnight processes will calculate every item's average expected cost based on the
PO line items' expected cost times the ATP open quantity for the purchase order. This expected average cost is then used to calculate the "On-Order Value" that is shown on the Buyer Desk Product Category List selection screen.
Note: This change applies to both the one- and two-location versions of Buyer Desk. This amount is calculated for all netable inventory locations.
