Feature - Auto Assign WMS Staging Batch in Staging Verification

When enabled, this feature will auto assign staging batches to users as they enter Staging Verification. This is enabled through a new option in Global Setup-> Add-ons-> Warehouse Management System-> 40. Auto Assign Batch In Staging Verification.



The default is N. If set to Y, the first available batch with be automatically selected. If PTO (Pick To Order) is enabled, the user will be shown the list of orders on the staging batch. The user will be prompted to enter the equipment to be used for the staging batch. 

If abort password in Global Setup-> Add-Ons-> Warehouse Management System-> Field 39. Abort Staging Batch After Assign Bin Password is set up and the user attempts to abort from the equipment assignment screen, they will be prompted for the abort password.



After the user completes the staging batch, they will be asked if they would like to start another staging batch.



If they answer N, the user will completely exit the Staging Verification application. If they answer Y, the next batch will be automatically selected and the process starts again.

If there are no more batches to process, the user will receive the message "No More Batches Available For Processing" and the application will exit.
