Feature - Added First Bank Export Format to Checks History Export

Added a new format to the Checks History Export for First Bank.
Enter "2" in the Export format field:
The output file created is in the following format:
- Account# (Your Bank Account Number)
- Check#
- Date (in MM/DD/YYYY format)
- Amount (No decimal. e.g. amount 123.56 will be shown as 12356)
Please note that there is no heading line for the CSV file. Also, the amount field is a whole number that assumes 2 decimal places.
For example, 10000 in the CSV file represents 100.00.
