Sales Order Export Global Setup flag 14, Export Zero Total Amount Invoice, determines whether an invoice for zero dollars will be exported.

Setting this flag at the global setup level is usually sufficient for most situations. However, different trading partners may have varying requirements for sending zero-dollar invoices. Therefore, we are now adding this flag to the Customer EDI Profile, allowing it to be controlled on a partner-by-partner basis. 

Leaving the field blank will use the setting in Global Setup.
