Feature - Added Distribution to G/L History Files

History versions of the Distribution to G/L files have been introduced to Accounts Payable (APDISFIH), Accounts Receivable (ARDISFIH), BOMP (BMDISFIH), Inventory Management (IMDISFIH), and Payroll (PRDISFIH). When printing the standard Distribution to G/L report and the user chooses the option to purge the file, the records that are purged from the Distribution to G/L files will be written to these new tables. Also, the General Ledger Interface from Other Packages application now supports writing records to the new tables when purging during the interface.

History versions of the Distribution to G/L Reports have been added so that the user can print the history distributions. Running the purge against the history version of the reports will delete the information permanently.

NOTE: The G/L Interface from Other Packages application will not interface from the History Distribution files. It is recommended that users do not purge the standard Distribution to G/L files until the distributions have been interfaced.

For AP, a new "a/p Distribution to g/l History report" option has been added to the A/P Distribution to G/L Report menu:

For BOMP, new "bomp Distribution to g/l report" and "bomp distribution to g/l History report" options have been added to the B/M Distribution to G/L Report menu (previously Print would launch the regular distribution report):

For I/M, new "I/m Distribution to g/l report" and "I/m distribution to g/l History report" options have been added to the I/M Distribution to G/L Report menu (previously Print would launch the regular distribution report):

For PR, new "pr Distribution to g/l report" and "pr distribution to g/l History report" options have been added to the PR Distribution to G/L Report menu (previously Print would launch the regular distribution report):
