Feature - Added a Reason Field to the Serial Correction Tool

A new "5. Reason" field has been added to the Serial Correction Tool function .  



A Global Setup field has been added to Global Setup --> Dist --> I/M Global Control that will allow this new field to be a required field.


If a value in field "10. Serial No. Change Log File Path & Name" is entered, after pressing Enter or tabbing off the field, a new window will appear:


Enter "Y" if you would like this new Reason field to be required.

If "Y' is entered and no value is entered for reason, the following message will appear:
